My client one of the top 5 hedge funds in the world is actively recruiting a Senior Associate and also Vice president legal structurer to join its New York office. The main responsibility will be to structure transactions and offer legal services to all the different business units- including fund of funds structurers, fund investments, open funds and drafting and negotiating all the legal documents.
